yes, that is real, non-frozen, fresh spinach! They just started selling it in the grocery store we usually go to. After hunting all across the city and giving up, I'm SO excited to have it!!

I look forward to have REAL Quark in Germany again and the good bakery stuff... mmmhhh
stir fried with butter, steamed with butter and salt, cold with crumbled bacon and warm oil dressing, or in the raw on a sandwich or hidden in a lettuce salad - yum!
