Timeline

I finally got a hair cut - happyComputer crashed - sad

Baptism in a location traditionally associated with where Boniface performed the first baptism in Hessen - there were a series of baptisms and Stefan baptized Eric, from our Hauskreis (small group Bible study) - happy (better pix of the area here - chapel not used)




Stefan got a tick bite - sad

65th birthday in Giessen for Stefan's mom - happyComputer comes home sick and has to go back to shop - sad and frustrating

Computer comes home again all better - happy

Sam arrived on Friday - happy and jet-lagged

Germany played Spain in the European Meistershaft (second to World Cup) and Germany lost - sadAmy from New Zealand finished her time in Marburg and continued on - sad and happy

Andrew and Hillary finished their 10 month stint in Marburg and went back to Charleston, SC with 5 rolling suitcases, 1 huge backpack, a large 'purse', and a guitar - sad and happyWe had Döner kebab for lunch - tasty (yes, i converted, but only to chicken or turkey versions)Sam left this morning for Berlin and the adventures that his next 3 months in Germany will bring - exciting

Currently reading/editing a crazy long article somebody wants to submit to Brain Injury journal - plowing ahead and grateful for a paying project again.

Planning for a sudden last-minute decision to go to Bavaria for a week with a cheap rental car deal we just found - happy and leaving on Friday!
