Back from Bayern

And we're back! With a ton of dirty laundry and and an empty fridge. The flowers are on the fritz and the email inboxes were overflowing. But it's good to be home; a package of fun things from my sister and mom awaited at the post office and of course it's just so nice to be sleeping in your own bed again!
We paid for a Smart car and got an 'upgrade' for a Fiat Panda. Good thing since we needed that tiny backseat for some extra supplies we ended up taking! Ours was a dark blue - appropriate for a trip to Bavaria! It got about 40-45 mpg, which was excellent!
