I somehow forgot: Prayers for Sunday would be great. Stefan is preaching again, but this time at the big Baptist church in Giessen. This is our church's parent/sister church and lots of professors (and the president) from the Giessen seminary attend and we want to keep those humanistic people-pleaser fears and anxiety at bay. Preaching is about being a vessel for God, not about sufficiently impressing anybody!

You preach it Stefan!! You'll do a great job, I just know you will. You will also learn a lot through it too. Good thing you have a good critic on your side to tell you the truth after the sermon. Tell us when it is all over and if I could understand german I'd ask for a tape. Love, Beth
